City Place's First Winner

City Place recorded his first winner when his daughter Glitter City won in track-record time June 15 at Hollywood Park in her second start. Bred in Florida by Rick Sutherland, the filly won the five-furlong race in :56.74 for Murray Smith. Glitter City is the first winner from the Bon Point mare Bon Caro.
